Victor has over 20 years’ experience supporting the efforts of global and national organisations to attain their strategic and business objectives. Including non-profit organisations to drive funding resilience and systemic impact.
Prior to establishing Inovyse, Victor’s career spanned roles from aircraft design and maintenance, product management, through to sales and marketing management, and ultimately general management with organisations such as the RAAF, Caterpillar, and Fuji Xerox.
Victor is a regular presenter at strategy and pricing conferences and is a strong believer in sharing experiences, insights, and knowledge. He recently delivered a two-day Advanced Pricing Strategies course in Jakarta and Singapore and was one of three workshop presenters at the inaugural Asian Professional Pricing Conference in Singapore.
Victor has consulted to organisations such as the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), CCH (a Wolters Kluwer company), Cement Australia, Case New Holland (CNH), Coates Hire, DiskCovery, Investment Link, Iron Mountain, James Hardie, Kennards Hire, Linde Materials Handling, Medtronic, Nufarm, Oracle, Philips Medical, Port Kembla Port Corporation, Royal Far West, and Thomson Reuters.
Victor graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Engineering and completed post-graduate studies in Business Strategy and Marketing at the University of South Australia.
