Inovyse | An Advocate for Greater Business Knowledge
As an advocate for greater business knowledge, we regularly deliver educational and organisational development programs in our areas of practice.
The programs are both public and in-house customised.
Responding to market demand, our current focus is on Pricing and Strategic Disruption.
And for the charities and NFP sector – Surplus for Purpose – a two day program to deliver tools, frameworks, and diagnostics to drive funding resilience and systemic impact.
We were foundation partners in the first Asia Pacific Conference hosted by the Professional Pricing Society (PPS) in Singapore 2013; where we delivered a one-day program on B2B Pricing (covering pricing strategy, optimisation, research, and implementation).
To build our programs we review, research, and bring-to-life the business ideas of leading academics, external collaborators, and partners.
In addition we continually refresh and update our programs by exploring ideas that will shape the business strategies of tomorrow.
At the same time we don’t bypass classic thinking on Pricing, Sales and Marketing, and Business Strategy; especially where it has continued relevance in today’s disrupted and rapidly-changing business environment.
Purpose | Cultural Shift
The purpose of our education programs is to build organisational capability, enhance the breadth and depth of management conversations, and effect cultural change.
Core Premise | Equal Contribution
The core premise of our education programs is that all participants have much to contribute and a great question is worth more than a simple answer. Our breadth of experience and knowledge enables us to holistically cover each topic as no strategic issue can be addressed in isolation.
Workshop Size and Focus | Quality Optimised
We will often limit our workshops to between 20 and 25 participants to ensure each participant gains maximum value from the content and the Q&A sessions.
Geographic Reach | APAC
We deliver training and education predominantly across Australia, Asia, and New-Zealand.
